PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
1. Perform an assessment of the newborn infant.
2. Be able to list clinical manifestations and etiologies of hyaline membrane disease, pneumonia, asthma, pneumothorax, meconium aspiration, RSV, PPHN and BPD.
3. Summarize the preventive measures and treatment for BPD.
